Last week, me and my mom went to Paris in an airplane.

My first Easy Jet flight

We went to Chartres. We saw Notre-Dame-of-Chartes, it is a cathedral full of rock statues and stained glass. At night, we saw it light up and it was beautiful.

We also went to the Louvre museum. First we saw the Mona Lisa, it was fantastic. It took a long time to go. In the Ancient Egyptian section, we saw little statues and hieroglyph written on rocks. We also saw a real mummy (it was pretty disgusting), and a lot of sarcophaguses. It was truly amazing.

Coralie's note: despite the utmost cultural aspect of this trip, we (most importantly) picked up the visas for China!!
