Malaysia: girls, what did you think?

We asked 6 questions to the girls to find out their thoughts about Malaysia.

1. Which city did you prefer visiting?

Naema: Penang because it was resting and had beautiful street art.

Lana: Kuala Lumpur because there are huge playgrounds there!

2. What was your favorite meal?

Naema: I loved popiahs (pancakes stuffed with veggies and omelette) but also the pizzas at the Loft in Penang

Lana: I loved popiahs!

The ice creams and the doughnuts were good too

3. Which visits did you prefer?

Naema: I LOVED the Penang House of Music.

Lana: I preferred the puppet show at the Penang House of Music, I keep talking about it. I also loved playing the drums. The paintings on the walls in Penang were beautiful.

4. Cite some differences with Europe and North America

Naema: In Melaka, the noisy Frozen and Hello Kitty tuktuks.

Lana: There were slides in the tropical garden in Penang, it was like a playground.

5. What else did you like?

Naema: Everything except the tuktuks 😉

Lana: I loved the traditional costumes at the Stadthuys in Melaka

6. Would you like to go back?

Naema: Yes because it was fun.

Lana: Yesss!

Note from the parents: Throughout this trip, the girls keep impressing us. But in the Cameron Highlands, they over-impressed us with their perseverance during the challengingly steep hikes. Good job Naema and Lana ❤️
